I'm the purpose-driven founder of Clothes Concierge, which is a sustainable wardrobe solution for professionals. Not only do I get to help clean up the planet but I also love getting to help busy people save time and money while keeping them stylish. I'm the mother of two brilliant, adorable and ornery children who've shown me the beauty in life. I'm also the proud owner of Peter the rabbit and Gracie, our adopted Maltipoo... All whom are subject to getting personally styled by me often! Fashion has been my inspiration since I can remember and I also LOVE wigs! In my school yearbook I was named "best dressed". I also enjoy neuroplasticity & spirituality. I am getting ready to drop my podcast called "entreFEMeurs, it's Game Changing Time" to empower women to step into their full potential. Honestly, I had never seen it or heard of it but that doesn't mean much considering I don't spend time watching TV. However, I do love that it represents DEI. With fashion being the common denominator of each contestant, it will bring together individuals from all walks of life and empower them to be their authentic self regardless of how others view them.
I've had to overcome negativity about my looks for years. This will destroy one's self confidence if you're not surrounded by people that love you for who you are. The labels have really got to stop. I say find something that makes you feel good and rock it. Your true tribe will be attracted to your vibe. That is exactly what fashion does when you find your style. It brings back your confidence and reminds you who you are! I can be proud now when I look in the mirror. So, after overcoming all this adversity I'd like to inspire others who are going through similar painful experiences to stay positive and push through. My daily mantra is #nevergiveup. Going forward I plan to use my voice to bring awareness to the unethical practices of the fashion industry and show people how they can make an impact by joining the sustainability movement. I'd love to collaborate with more brands that share an impact vision so I can represent them well and bring more exposure to them through the Clothes Concierge. I plan to show all generations that they CAN be stylish while making conscious fashion choices no matter their age, shape, height, gender, or skin tone. Separately, in my upcoming podcast/blog I am going to help underrepresented women learn to navigate the harsh world of entrepreneurship as a female. I will dive into my fashion endeavours and how I started my first e-commerce store, which I think will be helpful for Fashion Hero Fans who share a passion for fashion and want to start a business. Lastly, I decided to become a candidate because when my son heard the name of the show, he told me I was a fashion hero and that I was also HIS hero. Being a hero for my kids to witness will start a ripple effect of more positive change for their generations.
