My name is Caldonia Rudd. I am a wife, mom, military veteran, talk show host and life coach. I am from St Louis, Missouri.
This show is a great example of inspirational and encouraging content. I am inspired by the opportunities given to people who otherwise wouldn’t have seen themselves as beautiful. It is amazing to watch people believe in themselves for the first time ever. Thank you for all those who work hard to make The Fashion Hero series possible.
Many people will be able to relate to my stories of overcoming adversities such as: insecurities, self-doubt and depression. I was bullied all thought school about name, clothes, shoes, and hair. I did not grow up with much and being made fun of for these things hurt. Even as an adult I have struggled with my looks, body image and imposter syndrome. Despite all of these things I continue to be vulnerable and open up about my story. I have chosen to be a life coach to help other women overcome their personal struggles as well.
