I am a 23 year old trailblazer from North Carolina. I am someone who is confident in who I am and what I want to do! Aside from being a student, and full time employee, I am a model. A model changing narratives. For a while I’ve been pushing the motion of defying beauty standards and social standards! I encourage people to wear whatever they want, whenever they want because that’s YOUR body! I happen to have razor bumps from years of shaving, I have a lazy eye, and a slight unibrow, and I still think I’m the finest. Trying to “fix” parts of myself for others is no longer my concern. There are so many women, who are comfortable allowing their hair to grow out in the bikini area Or underarms, maybe even a mustache. Beyond our control. It’d be great to be able to see that representation in more models because there’s nothing wrong with it. I love my self in its natural state! I love my hair, my curves, and myself. I want to be the change ! Push the narrative !

I think that the Fashion Hero TV series is here to be revolutionary. A show created to change beauty standards and be apart of history. I feel now, many people and brands are realizing that the standards can be unrealistic and it’s time to change that.

I feel I’d be a great role model because I’m flexible, real, and rare. I understand that in a world full of change, you must stay ready to adapt. I want little girls who look like me, and women who look like me to see themselves! I want representation for the black, bold, and beautiful babes. We’re all beautiful in our own way and we need to show just how!
