I'm a 27-year-old woman working in the digital marketing industry, I have spondyloepiphysial dysplasia - a type of dwarfism, and I hope to inspire others whether they have a disability or not.
I have not watched it. I saw this ad on Facebook, and I thought 'why the hell not'. But I'm definitely going to check it out now that I know it exists ;)
Because it's time the fashion industry looks at people with disabilities too. We're all tired of walking into clothing shops only to find clothes that do not fit and require alterations all the time. Or the fact that wearing heels is the only way to look 'fancy' but many of us can't wear it due to our disabilities. It's time we change the way we look at fashion, but most importantly, how we look at beauty.
