I would pretty much describe myself as an outgoing person who likes meeting with new people and likes learning new things and one more thing I try my best to live the life and not just existing.

I start off by thanking you guys for this huge opportunity you are giving us because it's a great way we can share our experience and empowering young generation to be best versions of themselves.

I believe everyone is unique in their own ways since we all have different experiences on life and we all have some thing we can offer same goes to me , I am soo concerned about mental health of our young generation in these days people are dealing with traumas and depression so as someone who has gone through the same thing I think it would have much effect to share my story and how I overcome it .
