I’m a hardworking business owner and content creator. My motto is “We only have one life to live” so I try to be as spontaneous as I can be. I love the outdoors, traveling and connecting with nature. I’m very passionate about the beauty, modeling and entertainment industry and aspire to start my own tv show one day.
I love the message. Thankfully, in today’s day and age people of color are getting more screen time but the fight isn’t over yet. We still experience some judgement in an a cutthroat industry. With Instagram models still being the unrealistic ideal of perfection, regular people still have to strive harder to make it to the top. It’s refreshing to see a show take in account the skills it takes to models, not just from having “the look”.
Growing up a mixed kid, it was hard to fit into some groups. Im African American and European, so fitting in with the black or white crowds had some challenges. With interracial races and children growing over the past decade I hope I inspire children who look like me to pursue their passions regardless of trying to fit into society’s little box of being black or white. And to be proud of your unique features.
