I'm Mijoia (my-joy-yah) unique by name and nature. I'm a fitness fanatic I love a great workout and teaching people the fundamentals of exercising. When I have some downtime I really like to work on building my brand/marketing my talents and spending time appreciating myself!

I think it's a great idea. I grew up so insecure and honestly still have some insecurities I'm dealing with and I think it's time to break thirst barriers. So future generations won't have to worry about how worthy they are based on physical appearance.

I would be a great role model for this show because self love is hard, feeling worthy enough is hard. I am still going through these battles but I refuse to let it hold me back. I have been through many trials and I know people can learn from my experience and reflect on how strong they really are. I am honest and real, I don't want to sell any lies. It's tough work but with this opportunity we can break the mold! I want to show people that no matter what your past looks like you can create a new future, I'm living proof.
