QUI SUIS-JE ?

I am a 31 year old mum of 4 beautiful girls. I see myself as nothing special, largely because I am plus sized and do not fit the typical norm of what is attractive. This has resulted in major confidence issues but if I can challenge this and make one person begin to love themselves in thier own skin and feel worthy then it's worth putting myself out there.

QU’EST-CE QUE JE PENSE DE LA SÉRIE TÉLÉVISÉE THE FASHION HERO?

I have never seen or heard of it but I think that diversity is way overdue in the fashion industry. People have enough pressure on them without having the pressure of what is seen as the "perfect model. " we all have hang ups and insecurities and I would bet that's largely due to the media. Its about time we celebrated beauty and not just the stereotypical structure of beauty.

POURQUOI VOULEZ VOUS ÊTRE LE MODÈLE DE CETTE GENERATION ET INSPIRER PLUSIEURS GENS EN ÉTANT LE NOUVEAU VISAGE DE THE FASHION HERO ?

I believe that this generation have begun to make great strides in acceptance. I have lived my life feeling like I never fit in. Hating every inch of what I look like until recently. In the last few years I have begun to feel my worth. To feel that there are far worse things a person can be than fat. I am a reasonable person that tries to spread a little positivity each day. Having my children and watching them grow has forced me to change my perspective. My insecurities started to become thiers and I cannot stand by and allow thier beautiful spirits to be crushed by superficial rubbish. Each person is beautiful and should be cherished for what is uniquely them. I have purposely chosen my photos. One has make up and one has been changed to black and white but beside this, they are just me. No fancy filters, photo sessions or enhancements. I think it's important to learn to be comfortable in your own skin and if we are going to change perceptions then it needs to start with stripped back, ordinary people.
