Who I am is a simple yet complex answer. My name is Bethany, a 33y/o single mom to triplets and twins; for the simple. The complex goes much deeper. Something tragic turned beautiful, finding light in the darkness. Many struggles in life, however that isn’t who defines me as a person. I am strong, capable, confident, fierce, a force to be reckoned with; as well as so much more. A video is attached (however you may have to pause to read) scratching the surface of who I am and refuse to let my past define my future.
The Fashion Hero is a phenomenal platform to show the world that we as a unit are all beautiful. No matter what our exterior looks like, there’s beauty inside that radiates outward.
A great role model in my opinion isn’t someone who has had life handed to them on a silver platter; it’s someone who has scars that tell stories. Someone brave enough to crawl from the depths of hell, yet still succeed. Someone who can guide and inspire others all while being relatable. Someone willing to be a voice as well as a mentor; at the end of the day, we’re all just walking one another home.
