My definition of beauty is always staying true to yourself both physically and emotionally. Never letting anyone’s opinion get in the way of how you see yourself because beauty is you. Whatever you are no matter how you look and how you act you are beauty.

My name is Elyssa, as you see in my bio. I am from the small town of Guntown, Mississippi about 20 miles from the birthplace of Elvis Presley. I’m am a super perky, confident girly girl that has a very unique feature. When I lost my baby teeth, my adult teeth grew back in a very odd pattern as far as teeth go. I do have about 4 somewhat small gaps in my teeth in the front and it is something that I have never had a problem with. I have dark brown eyes, black hair, and am plus size. I weigh about 220 pounds but I don’t look like it because if my height. The last time I check, I am roughly anywhere from 5’7 1/2 to 5’8. I am also 17 turning 18 on August 31.

I have played the drums at my church for about 10 years and I was in marching band playing the saxophone for 4 years which came in my favor of hardening my calf muscles because I wore heels almost every single day to high school. I absolutely love makeup and everything related to it. I always get compliments on it and people usually come to me for advice in fashion. I always love helping people. Speaking of helping people, I have over 300 hours of community service because I find it very fascinating and fun. There is never a warmer feeling than know that you are helping someone who truly needs it. And listening too music, omg. So much fun. I love Beyonce, One Direction, Harry Styles, and 70s Music. If anyone is an old soul it is definitely me.
