I am a mother of two, a poet, and a flawed human being who is trying to navigate through in this chaotic, messy, beautiful thing we call life.

I think the concept is creative and interesting. There are enough shows about conventional beauty standards, I am excited and hopeful to be a part of something that celebrates body positivity and the uniqueness of every individual.

I would be a great role model because I have overcome every challenge that life has thrown my way, including mental illness, homelessness, being a single mother, body image issues and a survivor of sexual assault. I’ve maintained a positive attitude and determination to change my circumstances and can inspire people facing their own struggles.
