My name is Hannah-Marie, I am 18 years old, I am an only child and I'm a survivor. August 6th, 2007, I was three years old, I had a hole in my heart plus a leaking valve which made it harder for blood to pump through my body. On august 6th I had my heart surgery and now I live with that scar down my chest, that scar reminds me of how lucky I am that my heart problems were caught in time and that I am here today. Additionally, I broke my left arm twice, one of the breaks caused me to go into surgery. I have been dancing for 14 years now, 14 years of ballet, 4 years of hip hop and jazz. I was a horseback rider for approximately 2 years. My goal is to be an Interior designer, however, my dreams are to be an actress and a model.

I think The Fashion Hero TV series is a great way to let every one and to show the world that you are perfect just the way you are and that no shape, size or colour defines who you are.

I believe I would be a great role model for this generation because if I get the chance to be on The Fashion Hero i would be proving my family wrong about me making it into the Tv/Movie world, i would show this generation that nothin has stopped me from getting here, everything I have been through and done has pushed me to be stronger and has pushed me to prove everyone who doubted me and my goals and dreams. Once you put your head and heart to it and you are dedicated, anything is possible
