I watched the trailer for this programme and I was amazed by it! I think it's a brilliant concept for a TV programme as it is very entertaining yet at the same time it is helping people to be their best version of themselves, which I love!

I think I would be a great role model for this series as I am only young but I have suffered in the past with low self-esteem and still do today. I have been working on myself by doing a lot of self counselling which has helped me a lot and my goal is to accept myself for who I am and be happy with myself. I think this is very important for everyone to be the person they really are and to appreciate that we are all beautiful in our own way. It doesn't matter what you look like on the outside, beauty comes from the inside and having a kind heart and being the best version of yourself.
