I think it is such an incredible opportunity for humans to be able to reach their goals while being themselves. The fashion industry is so hard to breakthrough in, and this gives your "not so average", yet very talented humans a shot! I think it is a very fair and fun opportunity for some exposure!
I have overcome a lot of diversity because of my race, looks, background, and sport. Also, being a single mom, most people rule you out after having a baby because of the stigma of "mom bod." I work hard every day to be the best version of myself and overcoming my obstacles have set me apart from the norm. I love leading and mentoring young women into their futures and helping them find "their" greatness and capitalized on it.
