QUI SUIS-JE ?

Before anything, I am a daughter of a Korean immigrant and a Black man. I was raised in Korean culture and was heavily influenced by my religion, being born into it, and it wasn’t until I began educating and indulging myself in Black culture when I began to realize that I live in more worlds than I thought. This is the foundation that shaped me into the artist/activist I am today, and why I proclaim myself as a freelance model/creative director.

QU’EST-CE QUE JE PENSE DE LA SÉRIE TÉLÉVISÉE THE FASHION HERO?

I think The Fashion Hero is a large stepping stone in the evolution of the fashion industry’s media and its influence on the masses; I’m here for it!

POURQUOI VOULEZ VOUS ÊTRE LE MODÈLE DE CETTE GENERATION ET INSPIRER PLUSIEURS GENS EN ÉTANT LE NOUVEAU VISAGE DE THE FASHION HERO ?

I grew up in Mormon culture, so at a very young age I became aware that there were (and always will be) young and old eyes on my body, observing my every move. As an artist/activist, I’ve discovered that my preferred medium to communicate - when I don’t have the ability or Time to do so in the traditional sense - is through the clothing I wear. I’ve respectively broken past the barriers of my old religion and have allowed myself to wear what I believe best reflects my emotions and who I am. As the new face of The Fashion Hero, I would use my abilities in understanding the language of color, shapes and accents to allow myself to be a walking piece of art! I dream of inspiring those to take the opportunity to create their own pelts and understand how important it is to be honest with yourself.
