I love this concept. The world is becoming faker as we speak. The ideal is following the media, so now everybody is filled up or a fitness junky. Health is also a healthy brain and self appreciation and even self love.

I am 42, I have got my scars and my saggy skin, my dips and bumps, my hair is gray and wrinkles are lifelines as I call them. People destroy their own natural expressions. Your facial expressions make you unique, I regret seeing this.
