I am a very welcoming, bubbly and confident person, I love meeting and interacting with new people, communication is not a problem for me as I can comfortably and enthusiastically engage with people. Being very social allows me to further express myself to others. Creativity runs through me and I love expressing that to people in the ways that I can. I enjoy singing, dancing and partaking in sports such as football, basketball etc. Lastly, I am a very hard working individual. As hard work fuels my confidence, it also makes me feel more independent and focused on my goals and aspirations in life.
This program is splendid as it focuses on changing the beauty and fashion industry's artificial standards and allowing genuine people to become inspiring role models for this intellectual generation. This is vital as it does not exclude or make any human being feel as though they do not qualify to even be viewed as beautiful due to the ridiculous and unrealistic standards society has placed upon people. These standards deteriorate peoples confidence, happiness and health as they are so focused on becoming someone their not rather than embracing who they are along with their flaws and imperfections. Therefore I think this program is promising as it will gradually teach people to permanently erase the toxic, unrealistic standards society implemented upon them.
Being a great role model involves many attributes but most importantly character is vital, being able to be yourself regardless of the standards of todays society is really important to me, being unique and standing out of the crowd, portraying and projecting positivity and kindness to others as well as standing up for whats right are only few of the attributes it takes to be a great role model. A great role model does not only focus on the advantages that comes with the role such as leadership, power and control, they consider their own flaws and how to improve those flaws rather than hating themselves for it. I would be a great role model not only because i believe that I attain most of these characteristics but mainly because it requires confidence, being verbal , kind and welcoming to others. Having a time orientated mindset, having a voice to speak for those that aren't able to, being consistent and persevering in all you do, allowing yourself to make mistakes and being disciplined which I also believe I have and will be able to protray them.
