I'm Abdellah but everyone can call me as well Abdel. I'm 27 years old and dreams since I was a teenager to become a model. But every time I applied to an agency they told me I'm too short to become a model. Now with this, I get an opportunity to show the model industry that they are wrong and have to see all the differences in this world. Besides this, I wanna be a role model for a lot of Muslim gay people to show them to not be afraid of who they are. Being religious and gay is not a sin. I Lived not that long with my family because when they found out that I'm gay they banded me for the whole family. A real hard time but I kept fighting for my dreams. And now becoming a real model in the industry to show diversity is one of them.

It's a great opportunity for thousands of people around the world to achieve their dreams to become a model. Not many people get the chance to do it or to become one. This show shows a different part of what real diversity is, and that everyone can become a model if they fight for it. No matter where you come from everyone deserves the changes to present themselves in real life to the agency.

As a Muslim gay man, I was banded out of my family at the age of 18 years. Struggled a lot in my younger years but never did I give up on my dreams. I achieved a lot of things already. But being a model can show the world that being Muslim and gay is manageable. There are thousands of young Muslim gay people who are afraid to be themself. It's time to make a change so that they deserve also a happy life where they can be free. Being the face of a fashion hero and becoming a real model gives me the chance to share my story and inspire more people who needed it.
