I am a tv show host, football and basketball addict, self proclaimed foodie/chef, wife and mommy! I am also an adrenaline junkie- and rarely turn down a dare. Balancing everything in life is no easy feat, but the people in my life make it all worth it!
I love it. I am a little bit more “thick” than most women that you see on television. It’s been a constant inner battle for me to remain confident and happy while dealing with anxiety and body image issues.
I’m not perfect. I’ve been diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder since I was a teenager. Through all the anxiety and curve balls that life has thrown at me, I always find a way to find the silver lining in every situation. I’ve conquered my fears, and am advocating for mental health by being transparent about my mental health journey. Most people are surprised when I tell them about my diagnosis, since I talk on television for a living. I’d love to help break the mental health stigma, and help people realize that they are beautiful no matter what their journey is, and no matter what they look like!
