My name is Lakeia Cooper and I was born and raised in Norfolk, Virginia. Since the age of 6 modeling has been my passion, with the runway being my first love. As I got older I would participate in fashion shows, hair shows, and I started to build my portfolio by taking professional photos. As a model I do feel as though fashion plays a huge part, I mean who doesn’t love a model that knows all about what she’s wearing? I’m not the ideal model due to my height and size but I refuse to let the industry’s standards hold me back.

My dream is to become a well-known model, brand ambassador, fashion influencer, and mentor around the world.

I believe I will make a difference as the next fashion hero because not only is it a dream/passion of mine but it’s my life! All of the hard work I’ve put in for years, I would love to see it pay off in a way that can help and inspire others. I want to be a voice for the people. I aspire to be a mentor for individuals who are on the journey to their life purpose and to help others love themselves.
