In this modern era, we are exposed with the mainstream definition of beauty: you must be tall, slim, fair and flawless. It is like brainwashing people and some of us would really go too far as going to surgeries just to be accepted and be seen as 'beautiful' by the society. For me, beauty is limitless, limitless because you create your own definition of it, regardless of race, gender expression or body forms. It only becomes limited if you keep on comparing yourselves to other people just to be considered as 'beautiful'. The flaws that I have right now as a person should not be the definition of my beauty. Beauty is universal.

My birth name is Patrick Joseph Gepilano, I am 23 years old from the Philippines, currently working in BPO industry. I am third of the four children, I am supporting my mom as well. Growing up has never been easy for me. My father died when we are still young. As a result, my elder brother and sister were not able to finish their studies due to poverty and they got married and had their own lives. Right now, I am supporting my mom with my earnings from my work. I have a younger brother too, who is also occasionally sending support to my mom. She can't work anymore since she have hypertension and experienced complication months ago due to this. Just like any other kids, I experienced a lot of bullying and discrimination when I was still in high school. Some of them would say I am a walking stick, some would say I look like a beggar because of my looks. But I endured all of them because I know that someday, all of those things that they said to me will become my advantage, when the right time comes. Right now, I can say I am blessed because I was able to stepped into the college through my hardwork, though I need to stop right now since I prioritized the needs of my mom.

My interests are revolving around the works in fashion. I love fashion sketching! I am inspired by the works of renowned designer all over the world. I also love doing photoshoots with my friends. Reading fashion articles is my habit too. Other than that, I also play a bit of video games on my phone. ^_^
