The first commercial I saw about A New Kind of Beauty really touched me. Especially because I had just arrived in Brazil after my trip to Los Angeles and I was feeling so sad thinking I would never make it. But the universe never quits on good souls. So I saw the commercial and what really touched me and inspired me is that I never felt good enough or pretty enough or even thin enough to be able to live and fight for my dreams. I think this is special and this is a flame of hope to everyone. Much love!
I think I would be a great role model for this generation because I have a story, like anyone. I have struggled a lot in my life. My dad used to be an alcoholic and I had to grow up so young. I saw so many ugly things that this anger and frustration had inspired me through those years. The deepest you go in your heart, the better you create. I have depression, anxiety and fibromyalgia. Those are not easy tasks. I love to learn and talk about mental health. I love to help people to learn the path to inner peace and strength. I wish that I could have more voice to speak to a lot of people. I also think that when you have lived through so many difficult times, like I did, you project this into art. Like Viola Davis mentioned in her book!
