This initiative is long overdue! We live in a complex world with a great deal of uncertainty. Fashion is a great way to inspire hope and motivate people to remain optimistic in the face of adversity, embrace diversity and make do with what they have at hand.

As the new face of fashion hero, I would inspire a break from the traditional take on fashion. It does not have to be high end, "perfect" or elitist. As a means of self expression and a mode of community building fashion should be diverse, dynamic and practical - it should be welcoming not discriminating. I would like to inspire application of minimum resources to achieve style and expression. It can be complex and simple at the same time!
