I am Timmee, a 16 year old musician, actress, model, professional fencer and micro influencer. I have moved to England from Romania 3 years ago to persue my dream career. I have gained the title of the 38th best female fencer internationally at my age group in 2016. I have created a career by growing my social media accounts by posting covers (especially on Instagram) and managed to gain 18000 followers on Instagram alone. This furthermore allowed me to work with big brands such as Adidas, Olay, Cadbury, Ortega Guitars, Ukoo Ukulele Swiss, amongst others and come out with my own song. My social media accounts are also based on creating awareness about important topics in today’s society such as racial injustice, unfair beauty standards, feminist, toxic masculinity and misogyny, discrimination, bullying, minorities, inclusivity and religion, emotional intelligence (divining deep into details such as the importance of self awareness and social awareness) . I am always looking at the best way to encourage people to become the best version on themselves and understand that their shortcomings do not determine their future.

I have always tried my absolute best to encourage, engage and support projects like this whether that was by sharing post on social media, supporting black owned brands or donating, I truly want to be able to have an impact on my audience and support diversity as well as change bad perceptions which is why I love this so much because you guys are doing just that. I think a lot of people have been wired to think a certain way because they are a product of their upbringing and I definitely believe that this world need become more acceptant and aware. I think Fashion Hero is doing an amazing job at giving people a platform, allowing their voices to be heard and tackle things that other industries/companies would not even dare to touch upon and I really appreciate the fact that you use your platform to spread positivity and have a great impact on people.

Although I am very young, I have always wanted to empower others. Growing up, there was not a lot of diversity on tv and I never thought that a Romanian girl could make it in the acting industry for example, due to the fact that there was no one that represented me and my culture internationally which is why I decided to go into this industry in order to give future generations the hope that it is possible and help them understand that if you work hard enough everything is achievable. I want to extend myself on different platforms in order create awareness when it comes to unfair beauty standards or other important topics so that future generations can have a better lifestyle, be more confident in their skin, be more accepting and therefore automatically reducing the chances of discrimination taking place. I am extremely passionate about this subject and I want to be able to make a change.
