Ben kimim?

I was born in Cameroon (Yaoundé), but grew up in 2 different countries. Sometimes it isn't and it is still not easy to find your place in this world. That's why one of my mottos is : "Home is where you feel at peace". As the only black person in my primary school, I knew from a young age what racism is and what it feels like to be discriminated against. I lost all confidence and started to find my skin "too dark". I wanted to change all the things that makes me special! My friends would describe me as a dynamic, open, humorous and tolerant person. I am always helpful, and I feel comfortable no matter where I go and what environment I am in.

Fashion Hero TV Yarışması hakkında ne düşünüyorum?

I think that The Fashion Hero is one of the most fair Competitions out there. Everybody can apply and gets the chance to show what they've got! Has a talented black 5"6 model, i was not given my chance yet. I am never "the type" agencies are looking for. So I thought what do I have to lose?

Bu nesil için neden iyi bir rol model olabilirim ve Fashion Hero'nun yeni yüzü olarak insanlara nasıl ilham verebilirim?

As the next fashion hero I want to show that you don't have to be 1.80cm to be a model. I want to show that it is possible to rebuild self-confidence no matter what and how many situations / problems life throws at you. As the next Fashion Hero, it is of course very important to me to represent the Black and Brown community. Unfortunately it is still the case today that when one speaks of black models, sadly there are very few small size models to represent us. As the new Miss Universe (Zozibini Tunzi) said: "we can't be what we can't see". Therefore it is important for me to show young black and brown girls that they are perfect the way they are.
