Felix Ikhanoba is a native of Fugar in Etsako Central Local Government Area of Edo State. Nigeria. He is a Post Graduate Diploma holder in Urban and Regional Planning from Federal Polytechnic Auchi Edo State. Nigeria. As a social worker and business personality who is into the development/mentorship of teenagers and youth. He has impacted on the lives of young people especially the youth through his special programme tagged "Leadership and Entrepreneurship Development Impact Programme (LEDIP). He is the founder of Willing Heart Foundation, CEO Vegita Growth Enterprise, The Polar NewsPaper, Vegita Growh Enterprise and Kanoba's Film Production and Entertainment. He is a member of Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM) and Nigeria Institute of Town Planners (NITP) and Member Town Planners Registration Council of Nigeria. He is an Actor, a Journalist and a Movie Producer.

My dream is to be one of the biggest movie producer in Africa and my passion is on youth development and empowerment.

I will establish a training centre that will be named "Leadership and Entrepreneurship Development Centre" where youth will be trained on Leadership, Specail skills and and trades to empower themselves so that they will be self reliance and be employers of labour.
