I am currently a student at the University of Ottawa, a place I also call my second home. Before I was a student at the university, I always searched for learning opportunities and to expand my knowledge regarding diversity and uniqueness in my community. And while I really enjoyed meeting new people and trying new things, I realized I wanted to become part of something bigger such as a movement and a role model for young people. This is especially why I am excited about the opportunity Fashion Hero provides.

My primary dream right now is to be a role model and a good example to others. I aspire to live in good intention, raw emotion and aspire to leave others feeling a little more happy and confident with themselves even if that means making myself look silly.

The difference that I would make as the "Next Fashion Hero" is to hopefully inspire others to be more fearless when it comes to stepping outside your comfort zone. The standards of beauty vastly differ around the world, and beauty is something that is truly found in the eye of the beholder... however from my experience the most beautiful things in life are not seen, but felt with the heart. Why do you think we close our eyes during some of the most beautiful moments of our life?
