I am all about seeing real beauty from real everyday people. I want to break industry standards by showing that beauty doesn’t mean perfection. Beauty is being the best version of yourself and that looks a million different ways, it is unique to every individual. A New Kind of Beautiful aligns with my belief that beauty is in all of us and that should be celebrated.
My life has not been easy and I believe I have a story to tell about overcoming adversity, tragedy and loss and coming out more beautiful on the other side. I want to inspire others to keep fighting for their own happiness no matter the hardships this world may throw at you. From dealing with grief and loss at a young age, to loosing my children’s father to colon cancer and surviving an incredibly abusive marriage while raising my 3 amazing children I have proven time and time again that perseverance and resiliency are within us all.
