My name is Nikal, & I am a 25 year old South Sudanese woman. I love to dance to afrobeat & sing during my free time. I am a student. I’ve always aspired to be a model but never thought I had what it takes. I’m always seeking acceptance from social media era, when I need to learn to accept myself.

I think it’s a wonderful show, that give people like me an opportunity to shine. It helps not only break out of our shell, but also understand how to take constructive criticism. Being part of a show like that would change my life.

I would be a great role model because I can show the world a different face in beauty. I am not the typical standard of beauty because I am very dark toned. It took me years to fall in love with my beauty. want to inspire others who look like me, & all women to love the theirselves. Black women get the bad end of the stick in the industry world, & I want to inspire them to hold their crowns high.
