I am a singer/songwriter and I love to express myself through clothes. I believe that “plus size” doesn’t mean “sloppy” or “bad style”.

I think this is a good way to show the world, we all can be a part of this fashion/style community. “Beauty standards” need to not be the standard.

I used to be made fun of for my style. I was told my clothes were too tight and “my belly was showing too much”. I made a vow that I’d never let someone else decide for me what I am allowed to find empowerment in wearing. My generation needs to hear, that you can be you and look good doing it. I am learning more and more each day how to love myself in my own skin, and my own clothes.
