My name is Rebecca York. I was born and raised on St. Maarten, a small island in the Caribbean. I speak fluent English and have a basic understanding in Dutch, Spanish and French. My passions are interior design and psychology. I have plans to further my studies in Holland. I’m always wanting to learn new things. I also try to encourage others to pursue their passions and always strive for greatness. My aim is to be a role model to those who want to do more in life, but don’t know where to start.

I see The Fashion Hero Series as an opportunity to gain exposure and travel to different places in order to expand my horizons.

I believe I’d be the perfect role model as I’m a well rounded young lady. I have pride in everything I do. I never settle for just “ok” or just “enough.” I have such grand plans that I’m not losing sight of. I’m constantly learning and attaining new skills to help me reach my goals. I don’t settle for anything less.
