Well my views and definition of beauty is most definitely different from that of our mainstream modeling industry. Being you, accepting you, and loving you just as you are is what I believe beauty is. It's not just the physical, or what people can see, but also what people can't see, the real you, the inner you, your personality.
I've been modeling now for over 5 years, freelancing doing mostly high fashion and couture runway such as Africa Fashion Week, Couture Fashion Week, NY International Bridal Week, and of course some of the biggest N.Y.F.W. shows, such as Art Hearts Fashion Show and Style Fashion Week. I'm 5'7 in height and dress size 6 (I call my self 'petite curvy'); obviously I don't meet the requirements for high fashion runway, but I believe I've been blessed with the runway opportunities that I've been given thus far, it's just high time to take it further. I've also been featured on FOX 5’s daytime talk show, Ice & Coco. I plan to turn this into a career, not just runway, but also shoots. Basically I'm very ready to take my career to the next level and become mainstream. Catalog, commercial TV and ads, editorial, casual, high fashion and couture are aspects of modeling that I wanna cover in my career. I'm looking for people/management that I can collaborate with and who can possibly help with accomplishing my goals.
I love being in a medical laboratory; love dealing with experiments and chemicals, and stuff like that. I also love crocheting; I'm quite experienced and have crocheted hats, scarves, shawls, swimwear, and dresses. I also love bowling (even though I'm no good at it) =)
