Ariana D’souza is an Actor, Singer and Model currently based in Hong Kong. She studied the BTEC Level 3 Performing Arts and Creative Media Diploma and has performed in various projects such as HKYAF’s ‘Only A Girl’ as a leading actor, in short films and various other projects. Ariana has worked with various associations including Pineapple Dance Studios, the Hong Kong Academy for the Performing Arts, Centre Stage Studios, Center for Artists in the Making and Hong Kong Youth Arts Foundation.
The Fashion Hero TV Series is a chance for all kinds of people to showcase themselves. I admire the values that The Fashion Hero holds, of opening the eyes of beauty in today’s fast paced and changing world. The change in the beauty industry is good, we can finally see beauty in not just one standard but diverse beauty through all aspects. I believe that the Fashion Hero TV Series is not just a televsion show, but the start of real revolution that needs to be seen more of in the beauty industry.
This generation has had to hold the weight of issues and conflicts of the various generations before us. I strongly believe that I would be a great role model for this generation because I care, not just about beauty but beyond the formulations and constructions of beauty and fashion in our world today. In a place where hatred exists, I care. I want to put a stop to the one track mind that many people today have, of beauty and the Fashion industry as a whole. I want to not only be an inspiration to this generation but I want to mark a change in The Fashion Industry for all people. I can’t stand to see the beauty industry stagnate, I want to be the New Face of the Fashion Hero in reflection of my values towards making this world a better place for us to live and enjoy.
