I am a young lady from Zimbabwe, grew up in a small town but with big dreams. I’ve always dreamnt of being a model by because the world creates a certain image required for modeling, I’m still only dreaming. I love God, I love people and I just enjoy being myself with other people who are comfortable with that which the world calls “ not normal”!

I think this is a great initiative it is directly and indirectly impacting so many lives including mine. Reawakening people’s dreams and defying the set odds, which is exactly what this world needs.

I would be a great role model for this generation because I am able to stand confident and proud of my flaws and differences, I take that which the world views as being a weakness because it makes me different, and I make it my strength. I lost my right eye to a car accident and before I used to let people’s judgements about my prosthetic eye define me because to the world , ‘ it ruined my beauty ‘ , but my motto today is that beauty is what you as a person define it to be. I hope to inspire other young people and everyone else to be proud of being different, be proud of their scars, and take note that ‘ Normal, is just a setting on a washing machine. If given the opportunity to fulfill my dream as a model this will stand as truth and inspiration to other people that you can achieve anything you wish to achieve if you believe in yourself and take the step towards that dream. I would like to put forward programs that give other people who have been shunned by the world to show off their uniqueness and be proud of it.
