Who am I?

I’m chef Eboni Henry! I made it. I’m from the south side of chicago, I’m an advocate for children, previous victims, and survivors. I inspire, coach, and teach people how to thrive. Not to become overwhelmed by what happened, but inspired by where they going. Married to my high school sweetheart. I survived now I’m thriving. I’m the epitome of a lifetime/Tyler Perry movie. Yet I don’t make my toxic childhood an excuse in my adulthood.

I think it’s great to have people who can relate, real people, real stories, beauty is in the heart. Not the face.

I’m real, honest and the truth! When I speak people listen. When I walk people watch! When I heal minds and hearts it makes me happy . Teaching people that just because things look great don’t mean they always are!
