This question always confuses me because sometimes I feel like I honestly don’t know myself well enough to answer this. But what I can say is that I’m someone who cares deeply for others. I’m a social person by nature. I’ve cared about others for as long as i remember which has influenced me to be somewhat of a social activist. Having an empathetic heart can be heavy at times but I take pride in the fact that I stand for what’s right in this world.

The idea of creating a culture of beauty and fashion that is more realistic and inclusive to all types of people is extremely refreshing and empowering compared to what most media portrays. I fully support the progressiveness that this show represents, not only in the fashion industry but in everyday life.

Just like most people, I grew up insecure about basically every aspect of myself. And today I still face many of those struggles. Ive struggled with body image, sexuality and mental health and although these are still large parts of me, I’ve learnt to grow more comfortable with myself. I think I would be a good role model as I am someone who can empathise with a lot of society from personal experience. I also like to think of myself as outspoken when it comes to social injustices and inequalities and a platform such as this one would truly help amplify the voice that i have and the voices of those i believe deserve to be amplified.
