My name is Kaitlyn fine. I have a lot of ambition and I am not knocked down easily. I have had my fair share of hard times to prove my strength to myself, and I’m grateful to have become stronger through them. One thing that has always helped me through hard times other than the drive of pursuing my dreams is art. If you asked anyone I know about me they would say I live and breathe art. To me art is a way of life, it’s the way you see things mostly. You can choose to see your day as dreary and a day you just have to get through or you can choose to see the muse of nature.

Ever since I can remember the world of fashion has captivated me. I love everything about it, from the stories that can be told from it and the history that lives in it. I have never stopped reaching for my goals to be apart of the fashion industry and I will never stop. That being said I adore helping others which is why I’m a psychology major. I hope to graduate as a art therapist so I can help others with art the way art has helped me.

I believe mental health is so important but not everyone can afford it because let’s face it insurance is expensive and it’s nearly impossible to pay medical expenses alone. I believe everyone has the right to proper mental health care, it’s become as vital as going to your regular doctor for checkups or the flu shot. I would start a foundation that helps people get to the right mental health professional for them for free. It would be no easy task but nothing worth doing is easy. It would work by a application being filled out with only the nessasary information and then that application would be sorted and the person who applied would be sent to a mental health professional who has already been paid through my foundation. This would go on as long as need be. It would also be open to all ages.
