There are so many young mothers who think all they are is a mother or don’t know how to feel like themselves again. Since having my son, I’ve made it a goal to wear heels whenever possible because it empowers me and to step out of my comfort zone in the smallest ways possible. Adding a simple sash around a dress does wonders to your esteem, but I don’t think much people are aware of such a simple boost.
