My name is Maria Paula, I am 25 years old and I am from Colombia, but those are just facts about me; who I really am is someone with the desire to communicate and share authenticity and love. We do not chose where we came from, but we sure have the power to change where we are headed!

Beauty standards are overrated! It’s amazing to see how modeling can be a lot more than just a pretty face or just the right size and height. It’s about who you are, and knowing how to put yourself out there. Not hiding your past, scars or imperfections. It would be an honor to be part of this project, because for me it’s not just a show :)

I think actions speak way louder than words, but here you are reading about me, before you can actually know me... one of my goals has always been to inspire others by being myself. It’s a great challenge I have to admit, because we are often told what to wear, what to say, what to believe, who to be, and it’s time to change that. Being a great role model includes inspiring others by empowering them to be true to themselves, and that’s my goal. To be real to others, but mostly to myself.
