I am a Puerto Rican girl who has always loved to see new places. I was born and raised in different states of the US, primarily Florida, and then moved two Spain for two years. After that, my family and I moved to Puerto Rico, which is where they’re from. I love it here and am proud to call it my island. I want to study in Spain after I graduate high school in 2021.

I think The Fashion Hero is important in today’s society because the media lacks representation in race, size, and overall looks. It expands people’s view on beauty without narrowing it to conventional standards, which are usually extreme.

I believe I would be a good role model because I form part of Gen Z and they would benefit from seeing someone their own age and bracing themselves. Also, Puerto Rican, and all Caribbean people in general, are often overlooked and underrepresented.
