My definition of Beauty is something beyond sight. It is to be kind and uplift the spirits of those whom you encounter. Beauty is the feeling of warmth and positivity that one possesses and evokes in others.

I'd like to believe I've always been a model... A role model that is. I aspire to enrich the lives of the younger generation everyday. I currently work full time as a service provider for children in foster care. I also aspire to support the discovery of Sickle Cell Disease. I am currently the New York State Ambassador for the Cell Disease Association of America. After being told by medical professionals that I might not live to see adulthood. However at nearly 31 years old I am the reigning Ms. Vermont United States 2015 and I am raising a remarkable 2 year old little boy. I am also a proud member of Alpha Kappa Phi Agonian Sorority, Inc. and have a Masters degree in Forensic Psychology. As a single mother with a debilitating illness, my goals are to live a long, healthy, active life, and raise another great human being in this world. I hope to inspire others to follow their dreams despite the odds. The doors of the fashion industry have often been closed for people my height, weight, and now age, but I believe I can help change that if it is God's will that I am selected for The Fashion Hero.

I plan to attend post graduate school in order to obtain my doctorate in Forensic Psychology. My interests also include singing, dancing and attending music classes with my toddler.
