What do I think about A New Kind of Beautiful TV series Presented by The Fashion Hero TV series?

It's a brilliant show meant honestly for anyone from all walks of life and creates an opportunity for individuals like me who likes being out there but didn't know how. I have always wanted to share my life story with the world and be on TV but it has not been easy to accomplish especially since i am not connected to the relevant people. So me getting the opportunity here will make my dream come true. People will get to know about me,who I am and where I come from to be where I am and somehow encourage someone out there to not loose hope and remain faithful.

Why would I be a great role model for this generation and inspire people as the new face of A New Kind Of Beautiful TV series Presented by The Fashion Hero?

I am from very humble beginnings. Raised by a single mom who was a domestic worker, pushed till I passed my matric, studied short courses at University. I worked with my mom as a domestic worker, also worked odd jobs that were done mostly by men during that era (tiling, crowding, furniture refurbishment etc) so i could make extra cash to be able to afford basic needs. Growing up, as a dark skinned girl,i was called 'montsho' meaning pitch black and that somehow affected my confidence because i used to think that i am not beautiful simply because people, specifically my peers were mocking me about my skin color. So, being black and coming from a very poor family at that time had me thinking that was the end of the world and that i will never be a somebody in life and that affected my teen years. I know the pain of wanting and not getting. Lacking school uniforms, eating nice food once in a while, having no lunchbox at school and only to find Pap only to eat after-school (sometimes not even finding anything to eat after-school) and being bought new clothes only in December was how i was brought up,however, that did not stop me from chasing my dreams to date. Made my first TV debut in 2022 and a radio interview on women's month. So basically from nothing to something which will be a great motivation for someone who grew up like me and still striving for a better life. I believe I am the epitome of never give up irrespective of what life threw at me so sharing my story with the world will definitely touch, motivate and encourage those that will relate to my story, give and restore their hope.
