I'm a PhD student at Northwestern University, majoring in environmental engineering. But I would refer myself as a dancer and an artist.

I like the idea to discover the beauty among ordinary people and explore their potential talent, which is also my belief.

I am hardworking and persistent. I have "wild dreams" but once I aim for something, I would put my all efforts and never give up until I achieve. I love dancing and music, but my parents want me to be a scientist and find a "steady job with good salary". So I manage to balance my schoolwork with my interest and I do great in both. I know how to do experiment in the laboratory and I dance everyday to improve myself as a dancer. You can feel my power, passion and ambition in my dance. I am also a black-belt athlete in taekwondo. I'm not a born-talent and many people did not believe I could ever reach to a high level in taekwondo or dancing when I started doing them. But I've proved them wrong. I think my story can inspire people to follow their dreams and just keep trying no matter what others say. I also have a creative mind and sensitive heart. I can always come up with new ideas and take action immediately, which I think is necessary properties for people in fashion world.
