I think it’s so easy to feel insecure nowadays thanks to the media in general, we don’t feel like we’re enough because we keep comparing ourselves to people who follow these standards of beauty that sometimes feel so unattainable. So I think this is a great way to shed on a light on such a major issue.
I think I would be a great role model because I believe this is a generation that wants things to change and if there’s any way I can help beating traditional beauty standards it would be an honor for me to inspire people with my story and journey and what being beautiful means to me. I’ve never been conventionally beautiful, and used to hate myself because I used to think that’s where all my worth came from; beauty . I want this generation to never doubt what it means to be beautiful and never have to experience such negativity towards themselves
